Advice on next program

I’m looking for some advice and feedback on which program to do next. I am normally a long distance runner and due to injuries last fall had to start exercising differently. Since last fall I have completed Blend (2x), Strong, Sweat (2x), and am almost finished with Fit. I have loved how much FB has built my strength and muscle, but now (admittedly a shallow concern) my quads have been built to the point where I almost find them to be “too” muscular and large. I would also like to burn some more fat, though since my body fat percentage is relatively low (around 15/16%) I’m finding it hard to lose more fat. So I’m looking for next steps to lean out muscle and lose more fat. Any ideas? Thanks!
