missing four days of working out need advice!!!!

hey guys, was away for 4 days on vacation and did not complete any workout from FB burn or achieve activity. I feel so sluggish because while I was away I treated myself to some sweets and food that isn't part of my diet. I am home now I was going to make up all the workouts i missed in one day, by watching at least 5 of the program videos, is this overkill?
