New Workouts !

Hey FB Friends :)

I wanted to make a post where we can brainstorm some of our favorite types of workouts and what we would all love to see more of. I get so excited every time a new workout drops!!

I know I would really appreciate another long (50+ minutes) pilates/mat workout, I do the one with Kelli and Daniel that is 62 minutes long pilates so often and it is one of my favorites.

I also love kickboxing and kettlebell, especially when those are mixed with other types of workouts. When I am up to it I love HIIT and strength combos, too. One of my favorite things is when a hard workout ends with abs or pilates or a burnout thing, and I am sweaty and happy and tired and feel myself really connecting with my body and pushing my muscles.

What are your favorites kinds of workouts or any cool new ideas you wished you had?
