Suggested workouts during a shoulder injury?

Hi all,

I've had shoulder trouble for a couple years now. Finally got it checked out, and I have Subscapularis Tendonitits and Supraspinatus Tendonitis with a slight tear in the tendon. I was seeing a physical therapist, but that's stopped for now because everything going on. I do have some stretching videos to go to for the shoulder, but my question is, does anyone have recommendations for videos (or even a program) that I could still do without aggravating a shoulder injury? I've learned (the hard way) to avoid any push ups and such, and have tried the Rotator Cuff Workout but think even that is too much for me. I'm sad to see my arms getting weaker, but don't want the rest of me to go with it...
