Looking for the right program

Hi FB community,

I've just signed up for FB during the quarantine. I used to do FB videos back in 2013/14 and they were very effective for me.

My goal now is to slim down. My legs, arms and belly have gained a bit (I am noticing my clothes are tighter) and though I don't weigh myself often, I am looking to lose between 5 and 10 pounds. I am reasonably fit already and have been working out almost daily mostly with yoga, just not seeing results.

Can anyone suggest a good FB program or videos that will help me meet my goal?
