Not Seeing Results

I am on my 5th week of working out using the burn program I push myself pretty hard and according to my Fitbit burn between 350 to 550 per workout. I have substantially changed the way I am eating (no fast food or juice/pop, chips or any junk) I cook pretty healthy and have been watching my calorie intake with my fitness pal however for some reason I am just not losing any weight. I literally weigh the same as the day I started. My clothes fit a bit better but it is a really minimal difference.

Help. Lol. What am I doing wrong. I am losing motivation.
