When and how often to change workout plans

I'm 3 weeks in to FB Strong and am loving it, found it challenging, fun, I'm honestly over the moon to have discovered this site. So, what next, do I cycle that one again? or do I move onto another like FB Sweat when it ends?

I am getting results from FB Strong, I'm quite impressed by how quickly and I'm loving the weights. Just after advice from those in the know as I'd like to keep going on this trajectory!
