FB Sweat Highlight!

With so many new people turning to online fitness and looking for ways to stay active and engaged, we wanted to make it as easy as possible to access Fitness Blender content.

We’re very proud of all the free content we offer, both on our website and YouTube channel, and definitely think that the functionality of our website, particularly the customizable calendar that allows you to schedule and track your workouts for free, is something that further sets us apart.

However, we also wanted to make some of our paid content, particularly our popular, full workout programs, available to even more users. So, we did something that we have never done before, and discounted four of our programs by 70%, which means that you can get a full, 4-week program for only $4.50.

One of these programs, FB Sweat, is definitely a favorite and in many ways is two workout programs in one. When we developed FB Sweat, it was unlike any program we’d done before, allowing you to pick and customize the length of your workout depending on your own schedule & energy levels.

If you're pressed for time, complete the main workout, which includes everything you need for a great workout in roughly 30 minutes (similar to FB30). If you've got the extra time and energy, tackle the workout video under the "Extra Credit Challenge" for a total workout length of 45-60 minutes (similar to FBFit).

Since all of our programs are yours to keep after purchase and can be completed as many times as you want, you could return to this one again and again. We’ll be the first to admit that sometimes just figuring out what you want to do on the day in question has it’s appeal, but with programs like FB Sweat, once you add them to the Fitness Blender calendar, you are “set” for 4 weeks. No figuring out what to do from day to day; no worrying about which workouts go well together (or don’t); no guessing as to which workout might be a great follow-on to what you did the day before.

So, if you’ve ever considered purchasing a program, now may be the time.

We always promote exercise being crucial to mental and physical wellbeing, but especially now, when so many people are struggling to find their bearings in this stressful (but temporary!) situation, working out is more important than ever. We’re always listening, so if there is something more that we can be doing, leave us a comment here on the Community page.

Hope the coming week starts off well, Fitness Blender family!

P.S. And did you see that a new, free workout dropped today? Pilates Flow.
