Extracurricular workout

Hello, I am two weeks into the FB sweat program and I am loving it! I complete the daily workout as well as the extracurricular workout everyday. I'm finding that it is best if I complete the daily workout and then pause the cool down, complete the extracurricular workout and then go back to the cool down from the daily workout. Does anyone else do that? I just feel like I don't want to cool down and then ramp it back up again with the extra workout and then have to do a second cool down on my own. Also, I am halfway through FB sweat and will be starting the strength program immediately afterwards - has anyone done two of the programs at one time and if so, which ones?
