Workout plans

Hi there! šŸ˜‹ Iā€™m trying to get fit with home workouts seeing as my gym and swimming pool are currently closed! Was previously training for a triathlon and would like to keep my cardio up whilst building muscles in my arms, legs and core!

Was thinking of doing a workout plan as follows:

Monday:1000 calorie workout

Tuesday: Arms and core

Wednesday:1000 calorie workout

Thursday:legs and core

Friday: 1000calorie workout

Saturday: Cardio and arms

Sunday:Day off

I guess my question is what arm, legs and core workout do you guys recommend? Am never sure when it comes to those.!
