FB LOW impact round 2 plus running?

Hi everyone! I’ve been enjoying doing some FB individual workouts here and there, and really love the variety and easy going attitude. I’m thinking about starting a whole program, but I’ve also recently started running. I’m up to two miles and want to keep doing that too! Any advice on how to balance it all? Or when to insert the running? I don’t want to be so sore that I get discouraged from doing anything...motivation in working out has always been an issue for me. Thanks for your insight!
