I just completed FB Sweat and loved it! very similar to FB 30 round 4 which i love- i think it gives a great overall workout.
I have Strong 4-week program and Bodyweight Round 2. I am leaning towards doing Bodyweight first just to get a bit of a break from weights. I don't see a lot about this one- has anyone done Bodyweight any round and liked it? Do you see a difference/feel stronger with only using your body weight?
