So we've done 5 weeks of lockdown and it's rainy today. Let's just say that the level of energy of my daughters was a bit out of control today. So they did day 24 of Low impact round 2 with me, then we did the kids workout (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fitness-blender-kids-workout-25-minute-fun-workout-for-kids-at-home) and we finished with this nice partner yoga (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/partner-yoga-workout-feel-good-partner-stretches-toning-and-stretching-workout).
My husband joined us for the yoga and we had a good laugh because he is far from flexible.
After all this, I was tired but my daugthers still had some energy so they decide to wrestle with their father.
Now we're all going to have a healthy snack :-)
