LI R2 COMPLETE and and a look back

Hey FB fam,

Today I finished low impact round two and I'm kinda proud.. it's been a while since I actually finished something.

I absolutely loved this program! It's great for beginners, people with bad joints and someone who just wants to get back into fitness.

I'm definitely feeling stronger and more toned than at the beginning of it.

The only thing that wasn't quite up my alley were all the pilates workouts the first two weeks.. but that is really just peronsal preference. I believe those are great if you're just starting out!

Next up is the April fb plus challenge.. I hope it's not too much too soon 😅
