(Almost) Finished week 2 of the low impact program! This week was a for sure struggle. I have been back to working out with Fitness Blender for about a month now, and this is my typical time where I give up the fitness kick I'm on. REALLY trying to stay committed this time though, since it's essential for me to lose weight for my health.

Although, even with the lack of motivation/wanting to give up, I made it! I took an extra rest day between days 9 and 10 though, due to a major headache and soreness from day 8. So I ended up doing day 10 and 11 together, and I honestly don't think I would have ever got through day 10 without taking an extra rest day.
