FB Bodyweight Round 2 Complete!

Yayyy! Finally done with this workout program! It feels really good and this definitely has been one sweaty journey. There isn't a significant change in my body shape as such, but there is definitely some visible fat loss in my lower body where I tend to store it. But that is expected considering this is only bodyweight. I also did maybe half of the ECCs, not all.

I'm thinking about what to do moving forward, go for FB Bodyweight R2 for the second time or move on with FB Sweat (which I have never tried before and I also only have a pair of 6 lbs dumbbells).

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!
