Fatigued legs

Hi everyone,

This month I first started a workout program. In the first two/three weeks I was able to complete the workouts with a lot of energy but this last week my legs are already fatigued when I start the warm up. I take rest days as scheduled in the program and sometimes one day more. Could it be that I'm not eating enough? Should I take more rest days?

Maybe some of you have experienced this and can give me some advice:)
