Keeping sane during Covid crisis

Kelli and Daniel,

A friend turned me onto FB for which I'm incredibly grateful. Born in 1940 (do the math) I go to the gym 4-5 times a week--it's part of my life. Using FB in my living room (with my cat looking on) is wonderful. I usually workout 45 minutes to an hour and am pleased that I can keep up with Kelli on level 3--my only slower area is getting up and down off the floor!
