Daily Check-in: Thursday, April 16th #StayConnected Challenge WEEK 2, DAY FOUR!
Hello.
The name is Eve, Friday Eve. I'm that day that comes after that fruit bowl of a half-way day and always before that cool kid, Friday; so yeah, you have to deal with this day right here. Some kind of in between thing going on here. Maybe let me be your day that can remind you that days of the week are a still a thing despite quarantine, self-isolation, and lately feeling like we kinda don't know what day it is anymore. So I'll be the day to remind you to keep on keeping on and sticking to some kind of a routine. Routines involving workouts of course! Are we moving in a way that will have us feeling good? It can be a bit of a puzzle to figure out exactly what we need from day to day. That's when we have to ask our bodies for advice, and use our brains to find the right movement and motivation to get going, be it rest or something tough.
And there you have it; another fun(?) day of workouts. And after today, we are almost done with this challenge, so if you want, start thinking about celebrating that finish line crossing via commenting/starting a #StayConnected challenge complete post and/or putting up a pic to cement those three words, "I did it." It's been great so far reading how you all are making it work for you! And to read more about the challenge, go here: https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/18306/official-stayconnected-community-challenge-schedule
Oh yeah, and whatever workouts or programs you are doing, share away!
Same for the food too. Share all the things we chew and swallow. Maybe it's good, maybe it's not so good. Every meal is a chance to fine tune things and learn what keeps you going and fueled. I think tonight is going to be a medditeran lentil pasta with chopped chicken breast and veggies thrown in there. A one dish satisfying meal. I bought a bunch of lentil pasta kits a while back, so I'm going to be eating those more regularly to use them up before they go bad. I eat things that have expired; that's as living on the edge as it gets right there.😂
Today is also the day to announce who will be our next lovely ghost (guest host) for the weekend check-ins. Lea, if you would like, you can certainly go for it. As always, let me know if you are good for it. And that goes for any ghosters. If you are interested in taking a shot at hosting this check-in thing for the weekends, speak up! It's pretty awesome to hear from you, host or not!
I'm going to leave you now with a real winner for the insects; a Southern Beeblossum. It's soft pink and delicately wispy appearance is a nice Springy thing to see.
Now, simply put, in the words of the ever lovely Friday Eve, "Have a good me!"
