Hi everyone, I will be 53 in a few months time, I am 5'1" and weigh 196lbs. I looked for arm workouts on youtube this morning and found them here. Can anyone recommend workouts for me as there are so many and I don't have a clue where to start. I also have a sugar addiction that I am trying so hard to squash, but am finding it rather difficult as my husband is a feeder. Today is the day to start this journey as I am now the heaviest I have ever been. I am aiming to lose 30lbs to begin with. Thank you all for reading this.
