FB+ Challenge Week 2

I did day 10 yesterday, the kickboxing option and my upper back, shoulders, and biceps are super sore, so I must have listened to Daniel and "not just go through the motions.!" Today's workout is supposed to be an upper body. I am either taking a rest day or doing some recovery cardio instead of what is scheduled. My ambition isn't high as I type this...
