Lost the weight


Hi guys, first off, I just want to say that I am a big fan of your workouts. I have lost quite a bit of weight over the last few years and have now developed a lot of excess skin around my stomach, under my arms etc. I am looking for some advice on the best workout to try and get rid of it. I am not afraid to put the hard work in but I want to make sure I am doing the right things. Thanks in advance.
