Daily Check-in: Saturday, April 11th #StayConnected Challenge DAY SIX
Hello FB Fam!
Happy Saturday! How's everyone doing this weekend? I'm guest hosting (ghosting) this weekend and excited to hear from you all.
First off: workouts! What's everyone got scheduled for today? Some rest and relaxation since it's the weekend? I'm about to tackle the new 1,000 calorie workout. It seems like everyone really likes it, so even though the 90 minute run time is intimidating, I'm also really looking forward to it. I'll report how it goes. For those of you doing the #stayconnected challenge, it's day 6 recovery workout (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/relaxing-total-body-stretching-workout-for-stress-relief-and-better-sleep-before-bed-stretches).
Now onto the fun stuff - food! My post-workout meal will be some leftovers (soyrizo and sweet potato burritos) and today I will make time to bake some bread, I think.
Finally, a bonus question to compliment yesterday's question about Good Things. I'm hearing from a lot of people that routines are way different now under these quarantine guidelines, so how is everyone handling things regarding weekends? I've been making pancakes on Saturdays, but maybe you're more of a Sunday crossword type, or perhaps going for longer walks is what you do. I want to hear it all!
