Hello everyone !

First of all. Sorry for my bad english. First language french, second spanish... I Just want some advice. I started several time FBAbs and FBBooty in the past 6 years. I finished it for the first time in mars and begun round 2 of both plus FBflex. I'll finish the 3 next wee. My question is what's thé better

1.one program per day which mean each group twice a week with one Day of (what i did for my first round of FBAbs and FBBooty)

2.combine 2 of them (what i am doing: Flex and booty one day, Abs the Day after and one day off and repeat ) which means each group 3 times à week

3.combine the 3 in a all body routine exercices of 1 hour and a half 2 hours and on day off in between. Wich is also 3 times a week for each group and it's what i plan to do.

I don't know if i'am clear. But i want to begin a 3rd round of FBAbs and FBBooty and a second of FBFlex and a don't know what stratégie is the Best. And I don't want to be contre-productive by changing my méthode.
