**April Challenge** -Days 4 and 5! //All aboard// BURN

Hello April warriors!

Welcome to the (4th and) 5th day of our challenge to stay accountable and consistent in exercising during April 🙌

Sorry to be grouping the days together- yesterday I realized my ankle was acting up (old injury) after HIIT, so I decided to take it easy and do other exercises instead of a video- posting slipped my mind! (In case anyone was wondering!)

Today I did Day 4 video (Cardio Kickboxing.. one of my favorites!) with footwork modifications. I was sweating!
