FB adventure

I am on week two of my four week FB Adventure program and I can say it has definitely kicked my butt! I am usually active 3-5 times a week so exercising 4 times a week is perfect for me.

I have been exercising to fitness blender workouts for months now and have really enjoyed working up a sweat and finally took the plunge to join a program in hopes of losing weight.

Here’s a step towards a better and healthier me!

I am already looking for another program after this one. Any recommendations to lose weight?
