Bodyweight 2 & Plyometrics / Jumping

I'm thinking about getting Bodyweight 2 but am not sure how much jumping is involved. Can anyone who has completed the program weigh in? I know I could modify but want to know if I would need to do that quite a bit. Non-jumping HIIT is fine. I already have both Low Impact programs, so no need to recommend those.

Also, and this is a strange question, but how easy would it be to add weights to these workouts? I workout with someone else, and they might do this program with me if they can easily add weights.
