Can I adjust the program to 3 days a week?

I would like to try a program but moving the calendar around to stretch it out, having 3 workouts per week, and then on my off days I would do one Pilates workout and one yoga workout. What do you guys think? I’m out of weight loss mode right now just looking to stay healthy but I love Pilates and yoga, and I only want to work out for a total of 5 days per week. Let me know your thoughts! :)
