I wish I had a way to tell you just how immensely grateful I am to see a HIIT that was also low impact and that there are heaps of videos that have low impact modifications.
I have the world's crappiest pelvis, my doctor really wants me to lose weight, but spending two hundred a week to have a physical sadist run me around a clinic isn't financially realistic. This may accomplish what we need it to.
