FB Sweat week 1 + help

1. Hey everyone! Im on....day 3? Yep Day 3 of FB SWEAT! Tomorrow is day 4! I've been LOVING IT! I really enjoy the new workouts that I don't think I would ever do if I didn't purchase this program. I mean, my school will probably be closed till end of April so I might as well try something new!

2. So, other than the 6th day stretching, what do people usually do on their "off days" of a workout program? Do any of you do hiit? cardio? strength? Pilates? A walk? Let me know

3. Also, is it worth it to keep counting steps or just get up and walk for 5 mins every hour?
