What if the first day is too hard?

Hi all, I just started FB Sweat and I'm really excited. Today was my first day but unfortunately I could not do more than half of the workout. I can usually finish level 4 workouts though, so I'm not sure why that happened. Probably because I haven been exercising much since the quarantine began.

My question is, should I just move on to day two tomorrow or try day 1 again and try to finish the workout?
