Dumbells for Burn 1 & 2 Program

Hey guys,

I'm about to finish the program Burn 1 & 2 and I've done it without weights so far. (only with some waterbottels)

I want to start the programs again, but with weights.

Is there anyone who can recommend the amount of weights I should start with? I have absolutely no idea...
