So I want to share that I completed half of a program without a break which was impossible for me with another program (FB Blend) because of various problems and things.
That problem is great because it is achievable. I mean that it's not too hard. Ok, the first week was very hard for me and working out every day for 5 days felt almost impossible. But I've completed them all! The second week was a little bit easier - not in the workouts itself, but in working out for 5 days.
If you are wondering which program to choose for the first one I recommend FB Bodyweight ;).
