The Butt, aka, “Gluteus Maximus”

Definitely a shout out for the workout I pasted below from Kelli to work your lower body. I completed yesterday as it’s part of a 2 week challenge and must admit kneeling, bending or actually using the toilet is extremely PAINFUL today. It feels like I’m sitting on a bag of nails, clinching my teeth a lot thanks to the DOMS.

What’s absolutely wonderful about this workout is you get to decide how challenging it will be. It’s an ascending workout. It forces you to lift heavier than you would normally and/or try to complete just one more rep while you’re shaking just to beat either K or D. Sometimes one of them will say during a recording... try to beat us. I think I did!
