Fb booty and abs (overtraining)

Hey fb community,

I want to try doing fb abs and booty at the same time for my body goals (increase strength and size in lower body and tone core). However, I've heard about others doing booty and abs at the same time and suffering from injuries/overtraining. Would it be a good idea to try doing both? Or should I just continue with another all around program? Thanks!
