Intermittent Fasting & FB Workouts

Hi all,

I’m curious if anyone else practices Intermittent Fasting (IF) and does any of the FB programs. I workout in a fasted state in the morning and do a 16-8 IF. I workout out at 5:30 am and don’t eat until 11:00 am. Btw, I’m currently doing the FB Fit program.

Does anyone else having experience with this and is it working for you?
