FB Sweat

Hi!

I completed my first program FB 30 round 4 last week and loved it! I am trying to consistently workout so I feel good for my (hopeful ) wedding in June :)

I bought all the programs in the sale and today was first day of FB SWEAT. I generally only have an hour for lunch at my work and that means FB 30 was perfect, i had enough time for a workout and then a shower.

With FB SWEAT I feel i will pressure myself into doing the extra credit challenges. Is it necessary to do these to mark the day complete or does the one 30 minute work out suffice? Any comments on this program would be so appreciated as this one seems to have a lot less threads than the other workouts!
