Daily Check-in: Wednesday, March 25th

So, Wednesday says hi. And so do I. How are you doing and feeling, FB Fam? I can tell you that this plant here, this same Bull Thistle you saw in all its purple pokey glory is now fluffy-like (thistledown) and sporting a bad hair day until the wind takes the seeds away and it becomes all bald.

Okay. That was not motivating or a proper analogy in any sort. At least if we had a bad hair day, or workout hair, it still stays on our head.

Eh, moving on to moving let's just get to workouts and tell us what is up on the sweaty agenda. Or, you know, it could be a rest day. It's a core day for me: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/30-minute-core-strength-fitness-blender-advanced-core-workout

I always enjoy this one for how much I feel it in my core! I hope you are enjoying your workouts today. Just remember how good and accomplished you feel afterwards if you're having trouble getting started.

And if you are having trouble figuring out dinner, well, I'm with you.🙈 ..Taco-ish Tuesday became spaghetti with mushrooms on whole wheat noodles. So really no sense in saying what I'm having for dinner anymore, lol. It's kind of anything goes lately. I feel like 10 different things, and that plan is dodging and hopping around like lateral jumps. I might have leftovers, so there. Quite specific, I know, but what is your food game?

Alright, now before I really go and the day demands attention, I want to mention what Florian here (from this post: https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/18053/s-i-f-accountability-group-week-3-sunday-march-22) talked about how we could do Kelli's breathing video together on your Wednesday evening. I know time zones make it impossible to do this at the same time, but if you do the breathing video, we know that we are together at some point and taking a collective breath. Breathe and keep on breathing: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/breathing-workout-breathing-exercises-for-stress-overwhelm-and-exhaustion

^You can still participate even if you don't have access to the video. Just take five or ten minutes out of your day to relax. Listen to a song, meditate, read a little. Escape. It is your time and no one or thing can take it.

And I'll leave it there and have this day take us where the wind blows.
