Fitness Novice

Hi guys,

I've signed up for the following programs:

FB BodyWeight - Round 2 No equipment workouts to burn fat and tone up

FB Low Impact Fat Loss Program - 40 minutes or less

FB Sweat - Burn Fat, Build Muscle and Tone, 30 or 50 minutes per day.

Could somebody please guide me on which of the programs I should start first? Or is there another program you guys recommend first?

I want to get rid of tummy fat, and generally tone up, but most importantly, I want to feel more alive and healthy.
