NSV!

Today I did this workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/intense-at-home-hiit-cardio-and-abs-workout-abs-on-fire for Abs r1 (for the second time, since it's day 12 and day 22, which is so mean ;) )

I had noticed it earlier with a workout, but I can do 5 burpees in 20 seconds! I used to be able to do 4, have 3 seconds left and think "no way I'm getting in another burpee in 3 seconds". No I go the full 20 seconds and do 5. So YAY!! Improvement :)

I love Daniels comments in this video btw, especially during the plank at the end. Glad to hear I was not the only one thinking "WHY Daniel, WHY??"
