FB Plus Challenge!!

Hello friends!

Well, since the world has gone crazy, I suddenly find myself with a whack-load of extra time on my hands, and that means...longer workouts!! So, I decided to take on the FB Plus two week challenge to keep my spirits up and my activity solid while I spend more time at home.

I will be posting my before/after once I am done and will see if any changes make themselves visible. In addition to this challenge, I have been walking a lot more to get some space (while social distancing obvs) and am therefore getting a lot more low-impact exercise as well. It feels good to move my body and I am amped to be doing a challenge again!
