What day to start 4 week programs?

I just now purchased the four week FB strong workout. I’m new to FB and excited to start, but have been known not to stick to things, but really am going to give it my all.

Is it best to start this on a Sunday or Monday? Meaning, does it matter if I start the 4 week program tomorrow, a Tuesday? Not sure if it’s a routine of M-F and weekends off, etc.
