query on FB Strong

hi

I have a query regarding FB Strong.

I am a consistent gym goer and strength train 3 times a week, reformer pilates once a week and 5k run once per week.

my gym has now closed due to the Corona virus and I hope to train at home.

I'm thinking FB Stong program might suit me. 

I have access to a barbell at home (with 2x5kg plates, 2x2.5kg plates and 2 x 1.25kg plates). 

I have a 10kg kettle bell and resistance bands.  

do I need dumbbells for FB strong or could I use the plates instead of dumbbells?  

If I invest in dumbbells can you recommend what weight I should get?
