Low impact 2- Day 1

Social distancing and all the talk about the virus has me somewhat stressed out. Nothing better for me to get out of my head then to do exercises. I know I only finished the first day but I love the sense of accomplishment. It’s challenging but doable. I was able to clear my head and just feel so much better. Thank you so much for all you guys do and all you have to offer. I’m exited for tomorrow’s work out.
