Has anyone combined treadmill and FB?

I am training for a 5K in September, using our home treadmill. Having never run before, I found one of the couch to 5K plans that seems reasonable, and have been combining that with FB Booty R2. I do the treadmill and booty on the same day, so my legs have a rest day in between. So far so good. Was wondering if anyone else has done something like this and if you had any advice?
