Big thank you and a request

Every day I am so thankful for Fitness blender (FB) and all the amazing resources and sensible, helpful advice provided by Kelli and Daniel, so first, a BIG thank to you both. You deserve Noble prizes for inspiring the world to adopt proactive healthy life measures in a fun and sustainable manner.

As I continue to deal with ongoing health issues that are getting worse again, I am currently not able to do a lot of the workouts I could previously do. However, due to the incredible FB library and programs and excellent advice offered on the site, I have decided not to let this get me down. Thanks to Kelli’s generous sharing about her own health experiences, I realize that while I can’t do as much now, I can still do lots of workouts that are great for helping to keep me on track, without hurting me. Again, you two are amazing, I don’t think there is another fitness platform that would truly be able to support ongoing fitness in the face of serious health issues!!

As mentioned, I can’t do some of the things I could before right now (e.g., HIIT, long strength workouts) but I want to keep going in a manner that makes sense to my current ability level. I’ve been keeping to shorter workouts unless I have a lot of time to rest. Today just happens to be such a day so I was able to do some workout Lego, using the incredible FB library to come up with a cardio/LB workout that was challenging but doable. Here’s what I did:

Warmup: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/energy-boosting-cardio-jumpstart-total-body-warm-up-cardio-workout

Cardio: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/15-minute-bodyweight-cardio-workout-for-fat-burn-and-energy-boost-feel-good-total-body-cardio

Pilates/strength: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/at-home-glute-workout-burnout-butt-and-thigh-workout

Cool down: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/quick-yoga-cool-down-and-stretch-cool-down-stretches

At the end, I was totally destroyed (in a good way), shaking and sweaty. Thanks so much for proving the ability to build custom FB workouts, it’s so much fun!

Now the request - I have found there are lots of Level 3 upper body strength/cardio workouts but very few total or lower body at that level. If others are interested, would you be able to create level 2 or 3 LB or total body cardio/strength workouts something like my Lego combo above (e.g., no repeat intervals, lighter cardio, some strength, some Pilates). If not, no worries, I’ll keep doing custom builds ;)

Thank you again Kelli and Daniel for helping to keep me and the millions of other FB users in a healthier, happier place, you are the best!!!

Happy Sunday all!
