jumping back in after a break

It has been 3 long weeks without workouts for me - first because of a sprained wrist which then went into a wicked 2-week flu. I was doing a 2nd round of one of the 8-week programs but having missed so much of it, I've sort of lost my motivation. So this morning I bought the 4-week Bored Easily program. Anyone else starting this up, or jumping back in after a long break?? I'm hoping I won't kill myself by jumping straight into such a challenging program...
