new kickboxing favourite

Hi all,

A couple of days ago I did this workout for the second time. Loved it the first time around and loved it even more the second time! It's awoken back and shoulder muscles that are still saying 'hello, we're here' 2 days later. it's a fun workout but tough and is now definitely a favourite of my favourites!! Anyone else have thoughts on this one???
