PFT?

What are people's thoughts? I totally see the benefits of this but I also wonder if people don't do it because they see their progress in other areas.

I'm wondering about it because my squat game is on point - I could go on and on for squats which could take quite some time. I was thinking of using weights or doing jump squats, as previous PFT threads have stated.

My push-up game - not so great so that'd be over with soon, haha.

Basically, I have seen great gains overall in the years I've been doing FB. I'm not new and have seen my strength increase, my stamina increase, etc, so I'm not sure if I should even do this. I never have before but have still seen these great gains.

It's scheduled for Day 1 of Sweat, along with a workout, so I was going to skip it and add a teeny HIIT or something, but then I was like, maybe I shooooould do it? Just to see?? Thoughts?
