Deciding on a program!

Hi all!

New to FB here. I’m trying to decide on a program to use but there’s so many options. How do I choose? My goals are to lose weight and getting Toned up as much as I can. I’ve gained so many weight after having my daughter and just want to feel good again. I was thinking of doing the Sweat program. I can devote about an hour a day to exercising. And to be honest, I’m ready to put the work in to get the fastest results so I don’t want a beginner, easy program. I’d love to hear your feedback!!
